Have I accidentally summoned?

Hello everyone, this is my first post here and I'm not really sure how to start so I'm just going to get straight into it. I think I may of accidentally summoned/attracted a spirit lover. To give some context I only really started to get int occultism about 1 month ago and learned about spirit lovers soon after that, I also intended to use the letter method to summon a succubus in about a month after I get back from a trip I'm going on next week. However after reading up on some resources about succubi last week I noticed some strange occurrences, mainly unexplained strong emotions (mainly sexual ones) and erections that come out of nowhere without an obvious trigger, weird pressures occurring across my body (I can feel an especially strong pressure on my stomach when I lie down on my back) and more dreams than I normally have. I even felt a weird strong energy going through my body yesterday which caused me to slightly shiver. Does this mean I've accidentally attracted a spirt lover or am I just going insane. I tried to meditate last night so I could ask my sprit (if it's real) to touch my hand so I could know that it's there but I found it hard to clear my head and I didn't really get anywhere. If I have summoned something how can I firstly tell what I've summoned and where should I go from there, I broadly know what I should do if it's a succubus but if it's a Tulpas or something else completely I don't know what to do. In any case I'm going to try and meditate again later today along with some other things as well to actually see if anything is there. Please let me know what to do. Thanks for the help in advance.

It's not impossible; in some cases people attract Spirit lovers or are approached by one that intends to make itself known when they simply immerse themselves mentally in the subject. It is possible to get excited and have a false positive, but it's exceptionally unlikely that you'd 'go insane' from just reading stuff on the subject. It could make you antsy, but not crazy. There's no chance that it's a Tulpa.

I'd personally recommend you simply focus on your trip and stop reading about these phenomena for at least a little while. That way if this is a case of false positives, it will just fade and go away. Your case doesn't sound like it's likely to be a false positive based on how you presented it, but that's what I'd do. If it isn't a false positive then whether you're mentally immersed in the subject or not will be irrelevant and you should still receive various sensations and proofs.

Thanks for responding, assuming that I continue to get signs or something else major happens that proves it should I just continue on with the starting out information on your blog? Secondly, is there anything that I can do to confirm the gender of my Spirit provided that this is not a false positive? I'm a straight male and I've only read about female spirits so I assume that it would be female but I just want to be sure, again provided that it's a false positive.

Update: As said in the first post in this thread I tried to meditate again with better success. I started soon after my last post that I made and finished about 5 mins ago (so a little under two hours). As with last time I had some issues trying to clear my mind and feel the energy/aura from my body. However I would say the session was a success, while I was hoping for a 100% certain touching sensation or for her to make love to me I got somewhat close. At some points in the session I felt weird pin pointed pressure sensations throughout my body, with some almost "human touch" like sensations on my face and lips along with many feather like sensations across my body. At one point I started to feel my body almost stretch and my hips rise on their own and a slight warm tickling sensation in behind my crotch, almost like I was about to get an erection. I tried to think some questions for her like "can you touch my right hand if your here". I found that while I couldn't get her to do exactly that I did manage to get an almost poke like sensations when I simply asked her to give any sign that she was here. Does this 100% prove anything, I'm not sure, it still could be a false positive, but it was better than my attempt last night so I'll take that. I should also mention that that I still have the weird stomach pressure for part of it I used some of the dreamgasm audio.

I think I'll possibly try again tomorrow or maybe even later tonight when I go to bed. Either way I'll most likely have to put "this" on the back burner when my trip comes up anyway, if I still have the same symptoms after 3 weeks or something else happens the I'll know for sure.

One thing to keep in mind while doing meditation and looking out for physical interaction from a spirit is that we can create those kinds of subtle sensations on our own energy bodies as well. I believe that once the chakra/energy centers start to come online, their awakening can cause all sorts of different strange phenomena that might not necessarily be a disembodied spirit's interaction.

In my experience, the touch of a succubus is strong, earnest, and very difficult to chalk up as just me psyching myself out. That's why I'm always hesitant to say, "Yes, you have a succubus." to anyone who feels slight pressure sensations or tingling here and there. It could be. Time will tell. Hi xs21, my advice is:

Don’t have expectations. Let this play out. You will know after time if you have a real succubus.

My opinion is you attract out of spiritual realm what you can create energy with. So anger, terror, lust and so on…as someone who is hetero you would likely attract hetero. Possible some people have had opposite experiences, but I think they are few. These relationships are complicated, but energy is a key component in my experience.

Don’t rush or get too absorbed. If she is real, she will make herself known to you over time. Easy to get excited when you rush and psych yourself into something that might not be true.

Yes, succubi can come to us on their own. My succubus was never summoned she was here and drove me to become interested in her. This is the very short version of a long story.

In my opinion there are no accidents when it comes to these sorts of things. Either you are drawn to something or something is drawn to you.

But mentally, this can be a long process. You will get the answers you seek over time.

You have to learn to be comfortable. The fear of the unknown, the what ifs, that's something you have to contemplate and set aside.

To worry about gender is a natural worry but probably unlikely to be an actual problem. It's your perception of her vs her's (or how she wants you to see her), and likely... well...let's just say very beautiful most of the time.
