Skull and Bones! ARRRGH!

Post by tc119 »

Well, it looks like Ubisoft finally realized the sailing part of Assassin's Creed: Black Flag was some of the most enjoyable game-play they've ever made. Ironically, I bet this one will be online-only, so a pirated version won't be possible for a long while.

Reminds me that we should probably try out Sea of Thieves at some point.

Welp, so much for that. I guess I'll play the old Sid Meier's Pirates! or Assassin's Creed: Odyssey for some old-world naval combat fun.

Go check out the Sea Dogs franchise. Might scratch that itch, though the games are sorta jank. Sea Dogs 2 (aka Pirates of the Caribbean) was a lot of fun, when the game wasn't crashing and deleting my save files anyway.
